Do you experience intense sorrow or pain regarding the loss of your loved one? Do you have trouble focusing on anything else but your loved one\u2019s death? Do you focus extremely on reminders of your loved one or excessively avoid reminders of your loved one? Are you intensely longing for your loved one? Do you have difficulty accepting the death, or feel numb or bitter about the loss? Do you feel that life is meaningless? These symptoms are normal responses to the death of a loved one. However, after some time these symptoms typically begin to fade. If these symptoms linger or get worse, or you are having difficulty functioning, you may have a condition called Prolonged Grief Disorder. It may be time to get professional help.<\/p>\n
