My golf buddy

Dick was a friend to everyone. I especially loved when he called me captain. We golfed at Hartwell for many years. He always initiated phone calls and I enjoyed those conversations more than he ever knew. He will be missed by everyone who golfed in the league. My condolences to the entire family especially his wife Elaine and his daughter. His grandchildren were so very precious to him. May he rest in peace. Paul Ochsner

We’ll miss you, Dick

Dick lived across the street from us. No matter what he was going thru, he always had a smile on his face. His love for his wife, daughter, grandchildren, and great grand child was always the first thing he’d talk about when I stopped by to visit. It was great watching him going off to golf trips with his friends. A truly great man who will definitely be missed.
Steve across the street.

My sympathy

I met Dick at the Fort Mitchell Baptist Thursday morning prayer breakfast{now held at Lakeside Christian Church}. Dick was known for his prayer list. He had several names of people listed on the list who were sick or had other problems. He read the list on Thursday mornings. At times he would give me a copy of the list so that I could read the list if he was not at the breakfast. Some people were listed on the list who had serious illnesses and they recovered.

Rest in peace Dick. John 3:16.

So sorry for your loss

Dick was a great man who loved his family very much. My life has been enriched by him in many different ways. I always told him there is a special place in heaven for him.
