Condolences

David R. Van Horn, 74, of Ryland Heights, KY passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. Dave retired from Citizens Bank of Northern Kentucky after serving as President and CEO. He belonged to the Optimist Club in Newport, KY, and he was a member of St. Patrick Parish and Shrine in Taylor Mill, KY. Dave enjoyed playing guitar, golfing, reading, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, Reds, and the University of Kentucky.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Lillian Van Horn.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Joyce Van Horn; his children, Jeff (Amy) Van Horn, Erin (Don) Hammond, and David (Megan) Van Horn.

Dave also leaves behind his grandchildren, Lyman, Mitchell, Nolan, Logan, Mia, Graham, and Edwin.

A memorial visitation for Dave will be on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at St. Patrick Parish and Shrine in Taylor Mill, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 12:00PM at the church.
