Judy A. Crone

Obituary
Condolences

Judy Ann Crone, 70, of Hebron, KY, went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born on June 20, 1951 in Covington, KY to the late William Peter and Hilda Elizabeth (nee: Fahey) Meyer. She was preceded in death by her brother Bill Meyer. Judy loved spending time with her family and close friends more than anything. She adored being a loving wife, mom and grandma. She rarely missed a sporting event of her kids and grandchildren no matter how near or far they were. If the weather was warm, you could find Judy on the dock at her favorite place, “Crone’s River House” or boating on the river. Judy lived life to the fullest and brought joy, love and passion to everyone she was around. She is very loved and will be missed dearly by many. Judy is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Carl W. Crone and their children, Carl (Krista) Crone, Jr., Chris Crone and Kevin (Eva) Crone. She also leaves behind her 5 grandchildren, Trey, Karly, Will, Luke and Avi along with her brother, Mark (Suzanne) Meyer and sister, Mary Ann Knaley. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 9am to 11am at St. Joseph Church, Crescent Springs, KY with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11am. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (www.stjude.org)

Sorry to hear about your family’s loss Carl . Our family had some good times at “Crone’s River House” May Judy rest in peace Bill Bohman

Neighbor We Will Miss

Judy was always kind and welcoming to our entire family from the first day we moved to Stringtown. We will miss seeing her smile and her joy for life. Our condolences to Carl and the whole family. Judy liked everyone but you are her favorites. Charlie, Becky and Family

The “Belle of Stringtown on the Ohio” has passed on her voyage to heaven

We have lost a wife, a mom, a grandmother, a soccer cheerleader, a friend, but most of all someone who has left an indelible mark on each of our hearts. Knowing Judy and Carl, Kevin, Chris, and Carlie from our son, John’s first experience with soccer, we became a part of the Crone’s Family Hospitality. Judy was always Mrs. Soccer Mom to everyone on that NKC Cobra team. She rooted and encouraged every kid on that team and may have gotten a “red” card over an umpire’s call. Everyone was always welcome at Crone’s Dock during the summer. Judy may have left us all for that heavenly journey to meet her God and maker, but her spirit will always be with us with each wave as “Old Man River” rolls by her beloved dock! Rest now in the peace of the Lord’s arms. Ron and Barb Mueller Ft. Mitchell

Hopefully, all of you can find PEACE because she is finally at peace!! Hugs to all !
