CRESTVIEW HILLS- Paul A. Carl Sr., 93, passed away Monday April 4th, 2016 at St Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood. Paul previously owned/operated Al E. Carl and Son Stone Contractors. He also served on the Board of Directors of Kentucky Federal Savings and Loan, was a member of St Pius X Church and a WWII Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his wife Virginia M. Carl in 2003. Survivors include his son Paul (Mary) Carl Jr. of Edgewood and sister Rose Marie (Ted) Berg of Niceville FL, five grandchildren Kaitlyn M. Carl, Paul A. Carl III, Kristen M. Carl, Brian A. Carl and Julia M. Carl. Visitation will be held Friday April 8, 2016 from 10am to 12pm with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St Pius X Church in Edgewood. Burial will be held at St Mary Cemetery in Ft Mitchell. Memorials may be made to Redwood Rehabilitation 71 Orphanage Road Ft Mitchell KY 41017 or the donor’s preferred Catholic-based organization.
