Owen Hornberger /Rose, age 5 years, died at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, April 21, 2016. He was a bright, loving and compassionate boy. Survivors include his parents Nicole Rose of Hebron and Brandon Hornberger of Florence; maternal grandparents William “Bill” and Kelly Rose of Hebron; Paternal grandmother Wendy Hornberger of Florence and maternal great grandfather Dexter Rose of Burlington. Uncles Joshua Rose (Stephanie Van Horne),
Jeremy Rose and Aaron Hornberger. Aunt Ashley Hodges (Brian) and three cousins Kaylee, Aubree and Emilee.
Visitation will be held Tuesday April 26th 11:30-1:30pm at Linnemann Funeral Home and Event Center, Burlington. A funeral service will follow immediately at the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Flowers are appreciated. However, we are asking that you bring new children’s pajamas to the service. Owen’s generosity has prompted us to ask for your help to donate these pajamas to the children on the CBDI floor at Children’s in Owen’s name. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Cancer Research 3333 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229-3026
