Teresa “Terri” Sparks, 58, entered eternal life on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She worked for St. Elizabeth Hospital for 20 years and was an active member at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Catherine Owen. Terri will be dearly missed by her husband of 21 years, John Sparks; their children: Zach and Lindsay Sparks; her brothers: Greg (Nancy) Owen and Gene “Guy” Owen as well as many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Event Center in Burlington, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington, KY with burial to follow at Burlington Cemetery.
