Rosemarie McGlone, 92, of Burlington, KY, formerly of New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Florence Care Center in Florence, KY. She was born March 13, 1930 in Glen Ridge, NJ. Rosemarie was a devout Catholic and her faith was very important to her. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington, KY and she was involved with their Senior Group. She enjoyed reading and doing word searches and puzzles. In her younger years, she enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.  She was preceded in death by her parents John and Veronica Barth, her husband, George McGlone, and her brother, John Barth. Rosemarie is survived by her loving children: Carol Ann Schall (Fred), Barbara Wenzel, Susan Szmak (Tom) and Patrick McGlone (Donna), 12 beloved grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. A visitation will be held for Rosemarie on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Mary Queen of Heaven, 1150 Donaldson Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018. She will be laid to rest immediately following the Mass at Burlington Cemetery in Burlington, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Boone County Animal Care and Control at 5643 Idlewild Rd, Burlington, KY 41005.
