Autumn Alisha Collinsworth, 39, passed away suddenly Wednesday April 12, 2023 at St Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence, KY. She was an equipment operator with Riegler Blacktop for the past five years. Survivors include her children Brayden Collinsworth, Karlissa Collinsworth, Weston Collinsworth and Kaylana Fabre, mother Kathryne Clayton, father Tom Webb, brother Arthur “Chip” (Anita) Mink III, sister Crystal (Jason) Yeary, brother Michael (Kristen) Mink, half-sister Patti Webb and boyfriend Morgan Murphy. Visitation will be held Friday April 21, 2023 from 4pm to 6pm with services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Homes Erlanger. Online condolences can be made at www.linnemannfuneralhomes.com
