COLD SPRING- Velma Ruth Morgan, 75, passed away December 8th, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. Survivors include her son, Vincent Scheben, daughter-in-law, Melissa Scheben, niece Linda Robinson Prather, and grandchildren Stefan and London Scheben. Visitation will be held Saturday December 12th, 2015 from 10am to 11am with funeral services to follow at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger. Memorials can be made to Welcome House, 205 West Pike Street Covington, KY 41011 or Charity of Donor’s Choice.
