Rose Clara Pranger (nee Bamberger), 84, of Erlanger, KY passed away on November 25, 2015. She graduated from Academy Notre Dame of Providence in Newport in 1948. She married Arthur B. Pranger on November 25, 1954 at Corpus Christi Church in Newport, KY. Rose was a homemaker until 1970 where she went to work for the Internal Revenue Service as a secretary and she retired in 1996 after 26 years of service. Rose is survived by her husband, Arthur B. Pranger, and her seven children, Gary (Mary) Pranger of Covington, KY, Patty (Steve) Enzweiler of Florence, KY, Chris (Denise) Pranger of Richmond, VA, John Pranger of Burlington, KY, Mary (Jim) Brown of Erlanger, KY, Larry (Michelle) Pranger of Independence, KY and Donna (Bob) Gurren of Erlanger, KY. She leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Her only sister, Mary Lou Speier, preceded her in death. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 1st 2015 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 2nd at 10:00 AM at St. John Church in Covington, KY with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
