Joyce Phyllis Niehaus, 89, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Heritagespring of West Chester. Joyce was born in Reading, OH on August 28, 1934 to the late Clarence and Mildred (Witzman) Eigel. She was a homemaker, account executive at Otto Printing and a member of St. Timothy Church in Union. She also enjoyed KY. Garden Club and volunteering at the hospital. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband James Niehaus in 2020. She is survived by her children Mark Niehaus (Martha), Julie Niehaus, Jennifer McCulloch, and Wendy Van Kirk (Burton), grandchildren: Abigail Olberts, James P., Colby, and Kyle Niehaus, Siobhan, Kaitlin, Grace, and Heather McCulloch, Joshua and Elisabeth VanKirk, great grandchildren Zoe and Mae, and siblings James Eigel (Delrose), Jack Eigel, Butch Eigel (Rita), Mary Welsh (Richard), and Ruth Pulskamp (Jack). A memorial visitation will be held on Friday November 10, 2023 from 3-5 pm at the Linnemann Funeral home in Erlanger Kentucky. Catholic funeral mass will be November 11th 10 am at St. Timothy Church in Union Kentucky. Interment will be at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington, KY Monday November 13th at 10 am.
