Eugene “Gene” Allen Buskirk, 92, of Ft. Mitchell, KY passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at his residence.
Gene worked as a construction superintendent at Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport for almost 20 years. Additionally, he enjoyed fishing, going to the casino with his wife, Almeda, and he was a pretty decent cook from being raised during the Great Depression.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, William and Matilda Buskirk; and his brothers, Richard and Everett Buskirk.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Almeda Buskirk (nee Euton); his children, Bruce (Sandy) Buskirk and Beverly (Ernie) McArthur; and his step-sons, James (Linda) Davis and David Davis.
Gene also leaves behind his 8 grandchildren and 8 step-grandchildren and numerous friends.
There won’t be formal services for Gene. He will be cremated and buried at Highland Cemetery.
