Tributes
Ambrose “Jake” Kramer, age 77, died January 12th at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. He was a retired employee of Owens and Minor where he worked in Shipping and Receiving. Jake was a veteran of the United States Army and enjoyed gardening and sports, especially the Cincinnati Reds. Survivors include his wife Margaret Kramer; a daughter Jenny (John) Farrell; 1 brother Bernie Kramer; 2 sisters Sr. Rose Magdalene, CDP and Sr. Agnes Clare, CDP.
Jake was the grandfather of 4 grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday 5-8pm at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10am, at St. Barbara Church, Erlanger. Burial will follow in St. Johns Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 5211 Madison Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45227 ; Congregation of Providence 5300 St. Anne Drive, Melbourne, Kentucky 4105 or the Kramer Family Trust for his grandchildren.
