Dwight S. Hasselberger, age 69, died Thursday June 14th at his Burlington residence. He was a retired HVAC estimator and project manager for Ivey Mechanical and a member of Daybreak Community Church of Northern KY Church. Dwight was a proud veteran and served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was active in the Marine Corps League, Northern KY Detachment 1006. In retirement Dwight enjoyed working at Papa D’s in Hebron. Survivors include his wife Chris of Burlington; a stepdaughter Lindsay Wallpe of Cincinnati; and 2 brothers William Hasselberger, Jr. of Virginia and Jeffery Hasselberger of Chicago, Ill. Visitation will be Friday June 22 at Linnemann Family Funeral Home, Burlington. Services will be Saturday June 23rd at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. The family suggests that Memorial Contributions may be made to: The Hospice of the Bluegrass, Daybreak Community Church, The Marine Corps League NKY Detachment 1006, Boone Co. Animal Shelter or Greyhound Adoption of Greater Cincinnati.
