Brian Matthew Heist, 51, of Florence, formerly of Florida, passed away Sunday July 3, 2016 at his residence. Matthew worked as a property manager for a number of years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wima Sue Sanchez; and his sister Shelly Exeler. He is survived by his father, Jack Heist of Erlanger; his brothers, Dwayne Croft of Florence, and Jeff Croft of St. Petersburg, FL; and his sister, Dena Croft of Clearwater, FL. Visitation will be on Friday July 22, 2016 from 4:00PM-7PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Memorial contributions to: American Diabetes Foundation P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312.
