Kyle Laroy Johnson, age 55, died at his Hebron residence on November 26, 2016 surrounded by his family after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer.
He enjoyed his job as Vice President of Advance U Cash for nearly 19 years. Kyle loved football and was a lifelong Dallas Cowboy fan. He earned his BA degree in Business Management on a football scholarship for Ohio University. Kyle loved being a Poppy to his grandchildren Landon, Tanner & Lucy. Survivors include his wife Lucille Johnson of Hebron; 2 daughters Whitney Quint of Ludlow and Britney Quint of Hebron; a son Kyle Johnson II of Bronx, New York; and 5 grandchildren; his father Ernest Johnson and 2 brothers Aaron & Terrance Johnson, all of Columbus, OH. He is predeceased by his mother Leahjeanne Johnson.
A Memorial Visitation will be held 11am – 1pm, Saturday December 3rd, at Linnemann Funeral Home and Event Center, Burlington. A Memorial Service will follow at 1pm. Memorial contributions may be made in Kyle’s honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital on line at: www.stjude.org.

Lucille and family,
We’re so sorry for your loss and for all the challenges you faced leading up to your loss. Thank you for dedication to Kyle as he faced his battle. Thank you for opening your home and heart to Eves and I for a final visit with our buddy. Was very heart-warming to see Kyle in such great spirits and sharing some big laughs while we were there. He was so kind and hospitable even though he was in great pain.
Time spent with Kyle was time spent laughing. Everyone needs more of that. His laughter and great smile will live forever.

Though I did not know Kyle … The brief moment in time when he asked me a question on FB message I knew right then he was a great guy, heart of gold and loving husband, father and soul mate.
