Phyllis Y. Browning, 78, entered eternal life on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Ft. Thomas, KY. She was preceded by her siblings Jack, Betty, Junior, Billie Bobbie and Steve. Her son Paul Messer; daughter Karen Kellam; son Terry Messer; grandchildren Herber, Kenneth and Yvonne Messer. Phyllis will be dearly missed by her son Ken Messer and his wife Virginia and daughter Wendy May; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Linnemann Family Funeral Home in Burlington, KY on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. There will be no service. Cremation will follow the visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of donor’s choice.

Yes Praise Jesus he took Phyllis out of her pain now she is in peace with the Lord and yes we will see her again when it’s our time to leave this evil world no more pain no more suffering no more evil!!!! May the Lord bless you and protect you may the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you may the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace and strength to all that you’re going through you will get through this with God he will give you the strength and peace just like he did me with Larry I understand completely for your dearly loved mother she had a great loving heart and continues on to have a perfect heart in every way love you good people you are my friends forever!!!!! Love nina!!!!
