Billy Ray Ligon, 72, entered eternal life on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Son of the late Hubert Ligon and Lorraine (Tippy) Fleagle, Billy was an avid sports, farmer and motorcycle enthusiast.

His sister, Gerry Ligon, preceded him in passing. Billy will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Pat Ligon of Petersburg, KY; children Andrea Shively (Pete) and Billy C. Ligon (Gina) of Petersburg, KY; siblings: Jody Gripshover (Larry) of Petersburg, KY, Robyn Dallary of Petersburg, KY, Hubie Ligon (Patrice) of Hebron, KY and JR Ligon of Burlington, KY; grandchildren: Cameron, Cole, William, Madilyn, Lilly and Austin, as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Burlington Baptist Church with Funeral Service to follow at noon. Burial will take place at Petersburg Cemetery.
