Catherine “Katie” Nestheide, 88, of Covington, KY passed away Tuesday January 15, 2013 at Madonna Manor in Villa Hills, KY. Katie was a retired Tax Examiner through the IRS and a member of Mother of God Church in Covington. She is survived by her sons Tom Nestheide (Jeannie) of Highland Heights, KY, Robert Nestheide (Kathy) of Ft. Thomas, KY, Jim Nestheide (Mary) of Edgewood, KY, daughters Joan Tumblison (Bill) of Cincinnati, OH, Clare Kwitowski (Mike) of Cleveland, OH and Mary Ann Nestheide (Darrell Archer) of Edgewood, KY, sisters Margaret Heyl of Cincinnati, OH, Alice Lewin (Jack) of Crestview Hills, KY, and Sr. Henrietta Seiler of Villa Hills, KY, brother, Fr. John Seiler of Ft. Thomas, KY, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Katie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Nestheide and sister Helen Lunn. A visitation will be held at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger from 5-8PM on Friday, January 18. Burial will be Saturday, January 19 at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington at 10AM with a memorial mass to follow at Mother of God Church in Covington at 12:05PM.
