Condolences

Christopher Alexander Gray, 37, of Dayton, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 2nd, 2018. Alex worked in hospitality management for a number of restaurants. His strong Christian faith led him to attend The Gathering and Charity Baptist Church. Alex was a fond follower of all things sports related, most notably, Ohio State Football and in his spare time, he had a passion for cooking, his dogs, and spending time with his family, especially his son, Dominic. Alex was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gray Jr.; his grandfathers, Charles Gray Sr. and James Combs; and his Uncle Lonnie Combs. He is survived by his wife, Meredith Gray; his mother, Vanessa Gray; his son, Dominic Gray; his brother, Chuck Gray; his grandmothers, Nellis Gray and Marie Combs; his step-mother, Jean Ann Gray; his aunt, Robin Gilbert; his parent-in-laws, Dennis (Margie) Green; his brother-in-law, Matt (Danielle) Green; his nephew, Christian Green; his ex-wife, Keri Gray; and many cousins and dear friends. A celebration of life ceremony will be on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 6:00PM at The Gathering 8911 Yankee St. Centerville, OH 45458. A reception will follow the service at the Gathering as well.
