Frances Helen Arens, 89, of Erlanger, KY passed away on September 1, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Facility in Edgewood, KY. Frances was a beloved teacher her entire adult life. Many of her students remained in contact with her. She was an avid sports fan – golf, baseball, football, basketball – and enjoyed watching games at all levels of competition. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Mary Arens, her six sisters and five brothers-in-law, Margaret (Frank) Wood, Dorothy (Bernard) Bruegge, Julia (Nello) Isabelli, Joan (Jack) Dressman, Rose (Jim) Doud and Therese Moore. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Philip Moore, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. A visitation will be held for Frances on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at St. Henry Church, 3813 Dixie Highway, Elsmere, KY 41018. Mass of Christian Burial will be held immediately following the visitation at 10:00 AM at the Church. Frances will be laid to rest at Mother of God Cemetery in Latonia, KY following the Mass.
