Gay Stottman, 58, entered eternal life on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Gay touched the lives of everyone she met. Her mother, Patricia Dowling, preceded her in passing. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 28 years, Greg Stottman of Burlington, KY; daughter Ashley (Ryan) Reeves of Florence, KY; granddaughter Adalyn Reeves her father Jim Dowling of Florence, KY; brother Scott (BJ) Dowling of Elsmere, KY; sister Beth Wynn of Erlanger, KY; Aunt Joyce (Gary) Jump of Elsmere, KY; Uncle Gary (Brenda) Afterkirk; as well as many family members and friends. Memorial Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Burlington Baptist Church with Service to follow at 7:00PM. Interment will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY. Memorial contributions may be made to NAMI of NKY 303 Court St #707, Covington, KY 41011. We are so very sorry for your loss. We haven’t known Gay very long but the time we did have with her was wonderful. She helped us through the loss of our daughter…..her smile and kindness was always there when we needed it…..she was a very special lady…..and will be missed…..:(

I can not fathom what has happened to your family. I have no words that I can say as I am speechless. Gay was so positive about this surgery as she was about everything in life. All I can think of is try to stay positive and reach out for help when you need it.
