Condolences

Glenn M. Wells, 84, of Erlanger, KY passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth Hospice on Sunday, October 8, 2023.  Glenn was born in Augusta, KY on December 6, 1938 to the late Milo and Zola Wells.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.  During his life, Glenn had many involvements.  He was an elementary school teacher at Washburn Elementary School, a founding member of the Erlanger Rescue Squad, a member of the Erlanger Fire Department, Red Cross, Dean of graduate studies at University of Cincinnati, longtime school bus driver for Boone County Schools, pit crew member for Bill Elliott, Erlanger Methodist Church member, past president of Camp Turnabout, and a football and basketball referee.  Glenn is survived by his wife of 42 years Karen Wells (nee Wainscott), son Bill Robinson (Luanna), daughter Kelley Carter (Kevin), grandchildren Eric Boston, Zachery Robinson, Devin Grabow, Jackson Carter, and Peyton Carter, and great granddaughter Willow Boston.  A visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger.  The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation.  The interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  Memorial contribution may be made to the American Cancer Society P.O.
