,

Rest easy Henry

You were the last surviving member of the crew my dad was on. I was honored to have met you at one of the reunions and to have heard all the stores .You were one of the first to contact me when my dad passed. I hope among the people that met you when you arrived after your final missions was the crew. Rest easy – J.Sprowl

One of God’s Messengers has passed

I first saw Hank’s obit a few weeks ago. I was deeply saddened that I didn’t see the obit in time to attend his funeral, but … it wasn’t to be.
I knew Hank from his daily or almost daily glass of Red Wine. When I saw his green pickup in the parking lot, I knew my spirits would be brightened and lifted bec I could spend time in conversation with Hank.
My sincere condolences to Hank’s family.

Harvey Pelly.

HANK WAS A FRIEND, AND A GREAT PERSON, AND I KNOW THAT HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL THAT KNEW HIM. I FEEL THAT MY LIFE IS RICHER, FOR KNOWING HIM. MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO ALL THE FAMILY.

HANK WAS A GREAT MAN, HE SURVIVED WWII AS A TAIL GUNNER ON B-17’S OVER EUROPE, HE WAS WELL RESPECTED BY ALL THE PEOPLE HE WORKED WITH AT CVG. I WORKED WITH HANK IN 74-75 WHEN THE NEW TERMINALS AND FACILITIES WERE BEING BUILT AT CVG, HE WITH AMERICAN AIR LINES, AND I WAS WITH DUGAN AND MEYERS CONSTRUCTION CO., AND WE GOT IT TOGETHER. MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO HIS FAMILY.
