James “Ken” Kenneth Peters, age 79, died February the 8th at his residence in Union, KY. He was a retired supervisor with U.S. Steel Manufacturing and a proud veteran of the United States Army. Survivors include his wife Muriel Peters; 2 daughters Deborah “Debbie” Langel and Susan “Mickey” Threadgill; a sister Donna Johnson and a brother Dale Peters. Ken was the grandfather of Heather Langel, Melissa (Daniel) Minchew, Blakely Threadgill, Jonathan (Chip) Threadgill, Micah James Threadgill and great grandfather to Brylie Minchew. The funeral service will be held 10:30am Saturday at Linnemann Family Funeral Home, Burlington. Burial will be held privately. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Association of Nouthetic Counseling 3600 W 96th Street
