Louis Leonard Thomas, 84, of Villa Hills, KY, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Pristine Senior Living, in Cincinnati. Louis was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and worked as an engineer at IBM. He attended St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs, KY and was a former board member of BAWAC. During his life, Louis enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing cards, and yard work. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Shirley Thomas (nee Stone) of Villa Hills, KY, son Mark Thomas of Villa Hills, KY, daughter Shirley Duve of Southgate, KY, and numerous nieces and nephews. Louis was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Mayme Thomas and his siblings Frank, Jim, and Elmer Thomas, and Dorothy Calvin. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at St. Joseph Church, in Crescent Springs, with the Mass of Christian Burial immediately following. The family will be holding a reception in the church hall following the Mass. Interment will be at St. John Cemetery, in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
