Mary Helen Costantino, 82, entered eternal life at her residence in Hebron, KY on Monday, May 4, 2015. She served her community as a Registered Nurse for over 44 years. Mary was preceded by her husband Frank Costantino. She will be dearly missed by her son Keith (Rosemary) Westmeyer; 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Linnemann Funeral Home and Event Center in Burlington, KY with Service to follow at 5:00pm. Mary’s final resting place will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Pompano Beach, FL.
