ROSE ARENS DOUD

,

Continued from Patti

I don’t know what keys I hit to delete Melia’s name and replace it with Rose??? Typical. I also meant to say that I tried to work out a way to come to the services, but I can’t work out my schedule. I will be with you in spirit, though. Patti

Sympathy from Poplar Bluff, MO

Colleen, Amy, and R,os
I am so sorry for the loss you feel. I think, perhaps, grief is the most difficult hardship we deal with. We all grew up like cousins, and I always referred to Rose and Jim as aunt and uncle. I will miss them both, and their laughter. Not long ago, I sent a card to Rose to thank her for her thoughtfulness and her ministry through cards. Through the years, no matter how many miles or life changes separated us, she remembered EVERY special day. She was a special lady and her notes touched me greatly. I will sure miss them.
Love, Patti (Herrick) Thornton

Colleen, Amy and Melia

So sorry I cannot attend the services for your Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time as you adjust to life without your Mom. Rose was a wonderful neighbor and friend.

With Sympathy

Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday…unseen, unheard but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear.

I will miss seeing Rose every Wednesday, I hope the hour I spent with her made her enjoy life that much more. I know she will be very missed.

Sending my love and prayers to Amy and the rest of the Doud family. Kelly Campbell

Hope

May you find comfort in this verse during this your time of sorrow knowing others care. At Isaiah 25: 8 and it reads, “He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces. The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, For Jehovah himself has spoken it.” This gave our family comfort and hope.
