?Thomas “Tom” Edward Stenger age 64, died Wednesday March 4th at St. Elizabeth Hospice. He was retired from the maintenance department in the Parks division for Green Twp. in Hamilton County and currently worked for Enterprise. Tom was a resident of Burlington, KY and a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He was a United States Army veteran. His parents and brother, Ronnie Stenger, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Debbie Stenger of Burlington; daughter Tracy (Mike) Amerine of Sarasota, FL; stepchildren Heather (Lee) Jackson of Union and Travis (Robin) Updike of Burlington and one sister Margie Tenkeman of Cincinnati, Ohio. Perhaps Tom’s favorite job was as the grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 1. Tom was an avid boater and spent as much time as possible on Dale Hollow Lake with his children, grandchildren and many friends. He was always busy, loved working outside, and had turned his yard into a park for all to enjoy. Tom enjoyed football and was a passionate Bengal fan. He was a people person who knew everyone and enjoyed meeting and talking to everyone. Visitation will be Thursday 5-8 pm at Linnemann Funeral Home and Event Center, Burlington. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church also in Burlington. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Mary Rose Mission
