Trenton C. Bridley, 82 of Burlington, passed away unexpectedly at home on February 28, 2022. Trenton was a retiree of Levi Strauss after working as a Maintenance Mechanic for over 25 years. He always loved the work he did and spoke fondly of those he worked with. In his early years, he enjoyed woodworking and gardening.
Trenton was preceded in death by his parents: Edwin and Isabell Bridley, son: Eric Bridley and grandson: Kevin Matthew Bridley. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Jo Ann Bridley, son: Kevin Bridley, daughter: Leigh (Steve) McGuire, grandchildren: Beth, Katie, Jamie, Emily, Jessica, Miranda, Alan, Seth and Owen, 14 great-grandchildren, sister: Beverley South of Monroe, Georgia, and brother: Edwin E. Bridley of Burlington.
Services will be held privately by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Vincent De Paul through Immaculate Heart of Mary or a Charity of one’s choice. Online condolences can be left at www.LinnemannFuneralHomes.com

Trent will be missed

I’m so sorry for your loss. Trent was a great guy who I know will be missed by all of you. He had a wonderful laugh and smile, I have a lot of good memories working with Trent. He always showed a lot of patience with everyone. He was very talented and knowledgeable in woodworking and did an amazing job. He was kind and would always be willing to help. I pray that you will feel God’s presence at this difficult time.

My old Friend
It was hard to hear my old friend had passed away. He taught me a lot usiǹg a mill and lath. I would come over to his wood shop in this gigantic garage. He would plane down wood to size for me so I could build furniture. When we both worked second shift at Levi’s, we would close Hughes Oyster House. We would have a good time playing pinball and Pac-Man. Trent drank that old nasty Burger Beer. Buddy you will be missed.
